Our warranty conditions
1. The warranty period is 1 (one) year, starting from the delivery date of the goods. 2. During the warranty period, provided that the device is used as shown in the user manual, that the device is not intervened for maintenance, repair or any other reason by persons other than service personnel authorized by Gold Makina, and that the first start-up is carried out by Gold Makina Authorized Services, all parts of the device It is completely covered by our company's warranty, including its parts.
3. If the device malfunctions within the warranty period, the time spent in repair will be added to the warranty. The repair time of the device is maximum 20 business days. This period starts from the date of notification of the device to the authorized service, or in the absence of an authorized service, to one of the seller, dealer, agency, representative, importer or manufacturer of the device. Consumer's fault notification; It is possible to do so by telephone, fax, e-mail, registered letter or similar means. However, in case of dispute, the burden of proof belongs to the consumer. If the malfunction of the device is not resolved within 10 business days (Sundays are not business days), Gold Makina is obliged to allocate another product with similar features for the use of the consumer until the repair of the product begins.
4. If the device malfunctions during the warranty period due to material and workmanship or assembly errors, it will be repaired without any charge for labor costs, replacement part costs or any other name.
5. Determining the technical methods to be applied to eliminate the malfunction
The determination of the parts to be replaced is entirely the responsibility of Gold Makina. The fault can be rectified at the location of the product or at authorized service workshops. The consumer must approve this.
6. Although the consumer exercises his right to repair the device;

Keep the technical service document issued by the service when your device was first used and a copy of the invoice of the device, together with the warranty certificate. The warranty is valid only for malfunctions that occur in the product within the period specified on the Warranty Certificate. Apart from this, rights and compensation cannot be claimed under any name.
